Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and supplier. Tell us the quantity you have in mind; we confirm supplier minimums, sample options and any tooling or setup costs before you decide.
How does payment work?
You review the supplier option and an itemized quote before approving a purchase. The quote sets out the currency, payment stages, inclusions and exclusions. Sample, inspection and production costs are confirmed separately where applicable; a request does not place an order.
How do you check quality?
We agree the specifications and acceptance criteria with you, arrange samples when required, and facilitate an independent pre-shipment inspection where agreed. Factory and sample photos support your review before purchase approval. Inspection scope and any limits are confirmed in writing.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on supplier availability, production, samples, inspection, transport and customs clearance. We confirm a proposed schedule with your quote and keep you updated until delivery. Supplier-shortlist timing is confirmed after reviewing your requirements.
